We have revised our shipping policy to better suit the needs of our customers. We now offer lower shipping costs, more shipping options, and discounts for purchasing multiple items.
Our shipping details are outlined as follows:
note: There is a 1 business day handling time on all items.
All items purchased through eBay will ship the following business day. For example, except when a holiday occurs, if you purchased your item Thursday, it will ship Friday. If you purchase an item Friday, it will not ship until Monday.
Overnight shipments purchased on Friday will not ship until Monday, and should be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

If we are unsuccessful in contacting you before your item leaves our facility, we will ship the item via the fastest available shipping service and refund you the difference.
**Saturday delivery is not an option for Overnight shipments. All items shipped on the day before a weekend, or a holiday via Overnight should be expected for delivery on the following business day.
***Shipping discounts can only be applied to combined purchases. If each item is paid separately, each item will be shipped separately. If you need an invoice combining your purchases with an applied shipping discount, please contact us before paying.
A tracking number will be E-mailed to you when we prepare your item for shipment. Items sent via USPS are sent with a Delivery Confirmation Number, that does not provide up to date tracking information. If you require specific shipping options such as up to date tracking information, please request FedEx as the carrier.
Items are shipped with NO signature required. If you require specific shipping options such as signature required, please request it.
Shipping charges cover shipping, handling, and packaging costs. They are a flat rate and are non-negotiable, non-reimbursable, and non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with an item, please return it within the 30 day warranty period.

All returns MUST include a 30 day warranty form filled out in its entirety, which is included with your original package. Be sure to circle ?Refund? or ?Exchange?.

If for some reason you have misplaced the 30 day warranty form, please visit www.phonestoreusa.com, scroll to the bottom and click ?Warranty Info?, there you will find a link to print the form.
Please fill out the 30 day warranty form completely and return the item to the address listed on the bottom of the form.
It is the buyer?s responsibility to return the item within the 30 day warranty period. Items that arrive in our facility after the initial 30 day warranty has expired will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.*
Items returned 45 days or later from the original purchase date, may not be accepted for refund or exchange and may be mailed back to the buyer.
