We invite you to give us immediately your confirmation contact telephone after the purchase with eBay message service as we need to write it on the delivery form. We will not disclose this number to any third party. We will dispatch the good within 24 hours after your payment cleared and with reception of your confirmation contact telephone. Item will be shipped by EMS or Hongkong Post Registered parcels. They have  on-line tracking systems on the internet and after we send the goods, you will be able to track it with the number we will send to you via eBay message service. It takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver in US, UK, CA, FR,AU and 5-10 business days to Europe other country , up to 15 business days for other countries. All addresses are laser printed out. Please make sure your delivery address matches your Paypal address before you pay. We have no responsiblity for shipping address provided. Return Policy:

If you don?t like the item, please inform us within 7 days after reception. Please also describe to us the reason why. We will give you our approval for the return and our shipping address. Returned items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging with the complete content. We will refund you after the item reception. 15% S&H fees of your total payment is non-refundable for returned items.

Warranty and Maintenance: 

Our goods are 3 months warranty for free.

We can provide maintenance services on our sold goods. We keep track of each Serial Number and have our dated In-Digital yellow sticker inside the telephone so do not scratch it as this is the only warranty certificate we provide. Before returning please make sure you get our return address, write on the delivery form ?gift? as the reason for export and/or description of contents. Please use regular postal service and provide us the tracking number (Do not use fast delivery services). We will reship the repaired good or exchange it for free.
